OZOD successfully executed a fully integrated administrative and commercial building, characterized by its modern design and prime location on Tahlia Street. The project presented significant challenges, including handling large volumes of groundwater. We utilized advanced dewatering and treatment techniques to ensure structural stability, especially as the building occupies the entire plot area and is built on a raft foundation. Additionally, we employed Post-Tension technology in the concrete structure to expedite construction and achieve large spans between columns, providing greater design flexibility. Despite the project’s location in a bustling area, we effectively coordinated the work to minimize its impact on traffic, delivering the project on time and to the highest quality standards.”
